We are sure that you will be delighted with the cards you order but in the unlikely event that you are not,
we are happy to exchange any item of your order. Please return the item for exchange within 14 days of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchases to us in the original condition that you received it from us.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded
Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us.
Goods are returned to Really Fab Cards at your own expense however we will send your
exchange back out to you at no extra charge.
You will receive your exchanged order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods.
Payment Methods
Payment methods accepted are: all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal on their secure server so your payment details are safe.
We will send you a confirmation of your order by email.

We wall send you an email from time to time about new ranges and special discount offers but do
let us know if you do not want to receive them. However, be assured we won't pass your email address
to any third parties.
Out Of Stock Items
We sell alot of cards so inevitably we will be out of stock of some, some of the time.
We always endeavour to state when we are due the delivery of an out of stock card if we know the date.
When cards are ordered out of stock, we will only send out the order when all the cards are able to
be posted at once.

DEFINITIONS
In these definitions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
'The Customer' shall mean the party whose name and address are supplied
at the time of the order. "Goods" shall mean any item described for sale on this web shop.
TITLE
Title to any goods supplied to customer by Really Fab Cards shall remain the property of Really Fab Cards until paid for in full.
DELIVERY
Really Fab Cards will endeavour to dispatch the goods on the same day of receipt of a paid order.
All goods for UK delivery will be dispatched in suitable packaging and sent using Royal Mail.
All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order.
International orders are dispatched Airmail.

The total liability for any claim made howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of
the goods supplied by Really Fab Cards to the customer. We shall not be responsible for any

Really Fab Cards cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with any specific instructions.
